Just a reminder that rent is due on the 1st!  Please pay your rent on or before the first of the month.  All rents received by the first of the month will be entered into a rent raffle for a $25.00 gift card to the place of you your choice.  Late fees apply beginning the 6th of the month at the rate of $4.00 per day up to $40.00.
