Hello, thank you for your feedback! We regret that after 1 1/2 years living at Arcadian, you are leaving feeling displeased with our community. According to Concord Police, vehicles that look abandoned attract crime. We apologize for the experience of your vehicle being towed, we never want to tow someone’s vehicle. However, as we informed you multiple times, for the safety of all vehicles, we could not allow the vehicle to remain on the property in the condition it was in. The pool rules have been enforced and corrections made when needed, some residents may have longer swim wear but are still acceptable swimming material. We hope this brings you clarity on these issues, and we wish you all the best in your new home.

We are happy that you were able to make it to the recent event and that you enjoyed your time! It is always special for us to know you had the opportunity to meet some of your neighbors. We look forward to hosting more events for our residents and continuing to have neighbors get to know each other.

It sadden us that after two years you are departed on such a sour note. We understand your frustration though. It is unfortunately that after all our extensive investigations into your PG&E bill, we were unable to come up with a cause for you. It is hard for all of us to understand why Vehicle theft and break ins are so high in Concord, given that it is rated in the top 50 safest cities in California to live. Even though the police department can confirm this is a better zone of Concord, what happened to your vehicle was still of great concern to us. You are correct, the laundry room has been our “Achilles heel” here but we believe that the new installation of new washers and dryers will better meet the needs of our community. COVID19 has been very difficult for everyone and we put everyone’s health and safety 1st by following the CDC guidelines, shutting down the pool, and gym. It gave us huge dissatisfaction to keep your family and the rest of the community from enjoying all of our amenities. Even during this pandemic we continued to do business by following our company policy to remain fair and consistent but with compassion by offering payment plans for those affected by COVID19. We hear you but as we explained previously, we cannot change our policy of a 30 day notice. We will continue to do better, and we wish you and your family the best and a better 2021! Stay safe.
